Preparation:
* Remove the cabbage leaves gently without allowing them to tear. Cook for like five minutes, chop red pepper, green pepper and onions in smaller pieces and add to the minced meat. Break the eggs into the mixture and add the spices and seasons and mix.
*Roll the mixture inside the cabbage leaves. You then arrange the rolls inside pot containing meat water (i.e the water obtained from the boiled meat). Allow to cook for some minutes and serve with cold drink of choice.
