* Potatoes 10pcs
* Mint leaves
* Bread crumbs
* Vegetable oil
* Onion, pepper
* Minced meat
* Seasons and spices.
Preparation:
Blend boiled potatoes and meat together, make sure its blended. Pour the mixture in a clean bowl, add mint leaves, vegetables and seasonings. Mix well and make fine balls with the mixture, spread bread crumbs on each ball.
Heat up some oil until moderately hot and fry the potato balls. Fry both sides of the potato ball until lightly and transfer into a sieve lined with paper towel. You can serve with sauce.
